Low, flat-fee pricing- no surprises

Our Chart Builder product is $100 per Operating Room (or Procedure Room) per month following the free trial. There is a 1 year commitment and we invoice annually, so $1200 total for the 12 month period. We accept payment via Credit Card or ACH.

Chart Builder Plus includes everything in the base product plus archiving and auditing features for $200 per OR (or PR) per month with the same commitment and billing cycle.

There is no commitment with the free trial, it's free of cost or obligation. Free trials run for 1 month and our only request is that you engage with us to help with set up and ensure the evaluation is effective. 

Our subscriptions are on an annual contract and, ideally, cancellations are processed around the time of renewal. However, our internal policy is to not hold customers to subscriptions that they're unable to effectively utilize, so just reach and talk to us if your requirements have changed.

The Archiving product will be available for testing later in 2024, please ask us if you're able to offer feedback or would like to be a tester of early versions.
