Our processing of this Customer PHI is governed by the business associate agreements that we have in place with our customers, not this Privacy Policy. Our website and Services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

If we learn that we have collected personal information about a child in violation of applicable law, we will delete that personal information as soon as possible unless we are legally required to retain it.

Whom This Privacy Policy Applies To

InPractice collects personal information from, and therefore this Privacy Policy applies to:

  • individuals who visit our websites and other potential purchasers of our products (“Prospects”);
  • Customers and customers’ invitees (each "User") who register to use the InPractice web-based business and content management solutions (“Services”); and
