Common Questions
Q: What file formats are supported?
A: PDF files only. If you have records in another format (e.g. images, TIFF), convert them to PDF first.
Q: How big can uploads be?
A: You can upload thousands of pages at once, but larger uploads (1,000+ pages) may take longer. See Best Practices for Large Uploads.
Q: Can I upload additional records later?
A: Yes. You can add records to an existing case at any time, and they will be incorporated into the chronology.
