Purchase Page Credits

Overview

Page credits are used whenever cases are uploaded and processed in InPractice. Only the Account Owner can purchase additional credits. Credits never expire and can be shared across all users on the account.

Steps

  1. Log in as the Account Owner

    • Only the current Owner can purchase credits.

  2. Open the Billing page

    • Click your name or profile picture (top right).

    • Select Billing from the dropdown menu.

  1. Click “Buy More Credits”

    • On the Billing page, select Buy More Credits.

  2. Choose Your Credit Package

    • Select the desired number of page credits from the available packages.

  3. Complete Checkout 

    • Your new credits will be added to the account immediately.

 

Important Notes

  • Credits never expire.

  • Credits can be used by any user on the account.

  • Only one Owner can manage billing and credit purchases.

Q: How do I see how many credits we have left?
A: Go to Billing menu to see your remaining credits.

Q: Will credits carry over month to month?
A: Yes. There are no expiration dates or monthly limits.
