Delete a Case

Overview

If a case is no longer needed, you can delete it from your account. Deleting a case will permanently remove the case and all associated medical records, chronologies, and summaries. This action cannot be undone.

Steps

  1. Go to the Cases Page

  2. Find the Case

  3. Open the Case Menu

    • Click the ⋮ (three-dot menu) next to the case.

  4. Select “Delete”

    • Choose Delete from the dropdown.

  5. Confirm Deletion

    • A confirmation prompt will appear.

 

Important Notes

  • Deleting a case will also delete:

    • All medical records uploaded to the case

    • All summaries and chronologies

    • Any case statements linked to the case

  • Page credits used for that case are not refunded.

  • This action cannot be reversed.
