Change Your Email Address

Overview

You can update the email address you use to log in to InPractice. To protect your account, changes must be confirmed through a link sent to your new email address.

Steps

  1. Open profile settings
    • Click your name or profile picture (top right).
    • Select Profile from the dropdown
  2. Enter your new email
  3. Click "update" to save changes
  4. Confirm the changes
    • Check you email inbox for a confirmation message
    • Click the link in the email to finalize the update.
    • Until you confirm, your old email will remain active.

 

Common Questions

Q: I didn’t receive the confirmation email. What should I do?
A: Check your spam/junk folder, and make sure you entered the correct email. If you still don’t see it, try updating again.

Q: What happens if I lose access to my old email?
A: If you can’t sign in, contact support for help.
